We understand the limitations of mere Human being. Hi-Tech lifestyle and increased materialism has the current restless and racing against time. Yet recognises and values interdependence. Even, according to Vedic theology, society can meet everyone's legitimate needs if the various individuals perform their respective duties. These duties embody the ideal of extending God's shelter to others. |
Whatever the cause it be either Temple or Orphans - both are divine services.
Set aside a little amount each month and donate.
Sacrifice one or more things in your life and donate what you save to help. Even one Rupee can make a difference in the life of an orphan.
Ask for donations from others. Send a letter to family members and friends and let them know you are involves in Noble service.
Go in person to local businesses and ask them to donate little money or items.
Sell unwanted household items newspapers, scrap etc. and donate the proceeds.
Instead of sending a gift to someone, donate the amount of the gift you would have given, donation being made in their name.
Hold a birthday party at our Ashram and invite your friends to come and each brings Rs. 10 to donate to help an orphan who has probably never had a birthday party.
Put a link to Dharmasamsthapana.org on your business, family, or personal website and invite people to learn about our Services to the Society.
